We’re preparing for our annual Pilgrim Lutheran Trivia Night & Auction. Our past events have seen huge success; raising thousands of dollars at each event to help with school building projects and improvements, purchase new technology, support our tuition assistance program, create a new website, and so much more. We could not have accomplished this without the help of organizations like yours! We hope we can count on your support!
This year’s event will take place on March 1, 2025. We would like to request your organization consider donating an item for our auction and/or a monetary contribution. Funds raised will be used to update the sound system for our school gymnasium. Our current sound system is roughly 30 years old and can no longer accommodate our growing student body. Beyond providing a place for the school to participate in a variety of sporting events and extracurricular activities, this gym hosts almost every major event that occurs on campus; music performances, school plays, social gatherings and more. All donors will be recognized in the event program, and on post-event thank you materials sent to the Pilgrim congregation and school (over 500 adults in the local area).
Please make a donation to our auction that will help make the night extraordinary! Contributions are tax-deductible and a letter recognizing your contribution for tax purposes can be provided. Donations can be picked up by a committee member, sent or delivered to the school office and would need to be received by February 21st in order to be listed in the event program.
