The Purdue Alumni Club of San Diego (SD Purdue Club) is excited to announce that it is conducting its 2025 AnnualScholarship Golf Classic, on Sunday, June 8, 2025, to continue providing scholarships to local San Diego County resident students who attend Purdue University.  The Golf Classic net proceeds goes to support the SD Purdue Club’s scholarship fund. Helping students obtain an education is exciting and benefits theirs, the San Diego County’s and the USA’s future.    
 
The SD Purdue Club has contributed more than $160,000 to the scholarship fund over the past years.  Our objective is to continue to grow the fund and positively impact the lives of San Diego County students who attend Purdue University.  With 2,800 Purdue Alumni in San Diego County we once again anticipate a high level of participation in the Golf Classic. The SD Purdue Club has been recognized by the Purdue for Life Foundation as one of the leading Purdue alumni clubs nationally for continuing active membership, growth, and local support. 
 
The June 8, 2025, Purdue Scholarship Golf Classic is being held at Steele Canyon Golf Club, 3199 Stonefield Dr., Jamul, CA 91935.  Everyone –individual golfers and teams – is welcome at the Golf Classic.  Several friendly competitions will give players opportunities to win prizes including tee times at local golf courses, gift certificates and golf swag.  The Scholarship Golf Classic is an official qualifying event for the Randy Jones Invitational.  A 50/50 raffle, Fun-in-the-Sun raffle and Silent Auction will be held at the dinner.  Not a golfer, no worries you can come to the dinner.  Golfers and Dinner Only attendees, please register at: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1xJv5dmxGcSd8QmUJKKbp7nGHb4mwS_g99DpYHTfPE-I/edit and send a check payment per the registration form.
