Barnard's annual fundraising gala and auction helps raise funds for our language immersion public school to pay for resource teacher, interns, experiential science lessons, supplemental curriculum, field trips, campus improvements (i.e. sunshade for lunch area), P.E. equipment, classroom supplies, community events and more. We are losing two teachers at the end of May so our fundraising efforts are more critical than ever as we try to bridge the gap between limited school district funding and our students' needs.

The event will take place Sunday, April 27, 2025, at the Bali Hai. Our Principal, teachers, families, and community leaders will be in attendance. We expect 150-200 attendees. Prior to the event, we will heavily promote our donors and online, silent and live auctions for 2 to 3 weeks to 500+ families and the general public. We will also send follow up communications thanking our donors and sponsors. Your business will receive exposure through social media, newsletters, flyers, website, and in local community groups up to, at and after the event. Our goal is to raise $50,000+ so your donation would be greatly appreciated.
