Hope Gala is Alexandra House’s largest fundraiser of the year and is vital to supporting our mission. The dollars raised directly fund services for victims/survivors of sexual and domestic violence. Especially in this time of community-wide crisis—your financial support of Alexandra House’s services is more critical than ever—it will bring hope to the more than 16 individuals Alexandra House serves each year.

We acknowledge the current climate and its effects on our community partners, which is why we want to express our gratitude again for your support of Alexandra House. Because of partners like you, Alexandra House was able to make changes and continue to offer services free-of-charge, including:

·         24-Hour Emergency Shelter which, due to COVID-19, has increased to 514 victims/survivors and their children who received 7,458 nights of safety

·         24-Hour Help Line that fields over 5,000 calls, an increase of 20% since 2020

·         Legal Advocacy that helps clients navigate the legal system

·         Support Groups which provide a safe space for survivors

·         24-Hour Hospital Advocacy that supports victims at Mercy, Unity and other Allina Hospitals

·         Youth Services which include virtual school-based intervention and prevention presentations, and a support group.

·         Elder Abuse Services specifically for adults 50 and over offered virtually.

Please join more than 1,500 community-minded individuals and business leaders to help us raise $150,000! The event will be held in-person with a virtual Silent Auction. Parts of the event may be virtual, but the impact is real!
