Dear Community Partner,

This year is special for us, as it marks 20 years of serving over 1,000 youth! As part of our celebration, we will be partnering with 20 community partners throughout the year, to host 20 fundraising events, in honour of our 20th Anniversary Gala on November 6th, 2024.

Our gala theme for this year is ‘The Next Generation’. For the past 20 years, Liberty For Youth has been developing mentoring relationships with youth at-risk or involved in the justice system – helping them to build character and create positive lifestyles filled with opportunity and personal success.

We are hosting our 20th Anniversary Gala Celebration in honour of the past generation of youth we’ve impacted, the youth we are currently serving, and our supporters who have made our work possible.

This year we will be awarding 5 youth with $1500 in post-secondary scholarships, to assist them in reaching their dreams! To date we have awarded over $138,500 to 65 youth, to help propel our future generation into the next stage in their lives. Our youth scholarship recipients have had an 83% success rate, through our scholarship program.

As we lead up to the gala, we will be having various raffles and silent auctions at our 20 scheduled events. We are kindly asking if you would consider providing an in-kind gift or gift certificate.

All proceeds raised will provide resources toward sustaining our mentorship programs, as we continue to serve the next generation of at-risk youth in our community. Tax receipts will be provided in early 2025, for your generosity.
