Description

On November 6th, 2020 Quantum Leap Farm will be hosting our 20th Annual Charity Golf Tournament.  It will be held at the Innisbrook Golf Resort in Palm, Harbor.  We will be hosting 130 golfers for fun on the course, a live/silent auction, and delicious food samplings.

We expect to raise more than $200,000 at this golf tournament with more than $80,00from our live and silent auctions. All proceeds raised at this event will be used to provide funding for our therapeutic riding programs at Quantum Leap Farm.  We are a registered 501(c)(3) organization.  Since 2000, Quantum Leap Farm has been helping military veterans and civilians experiencing mental. physical or behavioral disabilities including those from wounds of war.

We improve the quality of life and cultivate human potential through equine-assisted therapies. Our clients participate in everything from horseback riding to groundwork, horse care, and experiential learning.  Quantum Leap Farm helps military veterans and civilians living with physical conditions like multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injury, and Parkinson's disease, as well as mental disabilities such as autism, mental retardation, post-traumatic stress disorder, and schizophrenia.

Every horseman knows the relationship with a horse is special.  Using horses to help navigate this often-complicated transition period, we help clients explore what it means to be meaningful, purposeful, and productive in light of changes in their abilities and lives.  Horse and human become partners in a therapeutic relationship, offering a multitude of opportunities to focus on and explore abilities, rather than disabilities.
