It is that time of year when St. Patrick’s Residence and the Guild of St. Patrick’s begins the planning for the Gold Key Gala. We love the atmosphere of the evening as it feels like a reunion of families, supporters, and staff, who have dedicated themselves to the Mission of St. Patrick’s Residence. This year’s 20th Annual Gold Key Gala is scheduled for Thursday, October 5th at Cress Creek Country Club. The financial goal for this year is $250,000.00 and will be used toward completing renovations, updating our existing elevators, and purchasing additional ancillary specialty equipment which will help us in the care of our residents. The goal of the elevator project is to update the mechanical functionality and replace the interior walls including flooring. In addition to the elevator upgrade and realizing the advancements in the equipment industry, our ancillary equipment needs to be updated so we can be efficient in the special care required by some of our residents. At this time, we are respectfully requesting donations to be used in our auction. Please know that anything you can do to help us, be it merchandise, gift certificates or services, is greatly appreciated. St. Patrick’s Residence is a nonprofit, long-term care and short-term rehabilitation facility served by the Carmelite Sisters.
