The Ohio chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation is hosting our 22nd Annual Women in the Outdoorsä event.  Our nationally recognized and award winning program is designed to offer women ages 14 and over the opportunity to gain valuable in-the-field skills in an environment that encourages fun and success in the outdoors.  Our exciting program targets women who want to learn outdoor skills through inexpensive courses addressing such topics as camping, fishing, botany, hiking, canoeing, bird watching, archery, shooting sports and much more!

This program will provide the foundation to train women as outdoor educators and develop a network of outdoor enthusiasts with similar interests.  The N.W.T.F. is a 580,000+ member, grass-roots, 501(c)(3) non-profit conservation organization with members in 50 states and 11 foreign countries.  Our Federal Tax I.D. number is 58-2038039.

We are calling on local merchants to come alongside us with sponsorship or donations, as their corporate policies may allow.  We utilize donations (product & monetary) for course supplies, auction & raffle items, and door prizes (eg coupons).  We provide a list of all sponsors to our participants, and are willing to display any banner or signage requested by a sponsor.  Any support you can give the Women in the Outdoorsä event would be greatly appreciated. 

Our event is a four time national award winning program with the National Wild Turkey Federation: 2015 Best Event in Nation, 2016 Membership Achievement, 2017 Partnership Achievement; 2018 R3 Achievement, and a multi-year winner of Golden Hen and Best Event in State for Ohio.
