23rd Annual Lights & Sirens Awards and Recognition Virtual Event

On Friday, April 23, 2021 we will host our 23rd Annual Lights & Sirens Awards and Recognition Event in a virtual live format. This event will include approximately 300 people featuring special guest appearances, inspirational awards, both live and online auctions, and a raffle wine pull. Every dollar raised will support purposeful, preventative, and educational youth programs from no cost to a minimal fee to our under-served, under-resourced and at-risk PAL members, ages 5-18.
Since 1997, San Mateo Police Activities League has created positive change to the lives of thousands of youth in our community! Every year, we provide hundreds of opportunities for kids. Our programs are designed to Build the Bond Between Cops & Kids, keep our community safe, and help guide our youth towards a positive path in life. PAL acts as a trusted lifeline of resources and support to its kids, and their families; aiding any way we can. Our focus is to serve those kids most vulnerable to outside negative influences and in most need of our assistance to stay away from drugs, gangs, violence and other troubled behaviors. PAL serves over 1,000 kids in our community who have active PAL memberships.
You will be recognized in the evening program, online event website, and on our website event page. As well, we will provide a donation receipt letter with the Tax ID number for your records.
Every dollar this donation raises will go towards our PAL programming and enables us to make a brighter future for our PAL kids. The Lights & Sirens is PAL’s largest fundraiser of the year, helping us raise the necessary funds to fulfill our mission, and we hope you will feel inspired to support us and our Kids!
