Hi! I'm Jacqueline Ferris and I am currently the fund development summer student at the Alzheimer Society of Brant, Haldimand, Norfolk, Hamilton, Halton. I am just reaching out about our upcoming golf tournament and was wondering if you would like to support with contributing prize items for our silent auction or with a donation. Below I have outlined some of the details!

The Alzheimer Society is happy to announce the 24th annual Forget-Me-Not Golf Tournament on Wednesday, August 21st , 2024 at the Greens at Renton. With Haldimand County and Norfolk County projected to see a 30% increase in the occurrence of dementia by 2023- it is critical to have strong local Alzheimer Society to support the families requiring support today - but also in upcoming years. The Alzheimer Society receives funding from the Ontario government, but it is not enough to meet our community's needs. We rely on the generosity of our community and all of Ontario at events like the Forget-Me-Not golf tournament to meet our financial needs. At this tournament we include tee gifts, lunch and dinner for the participants in addition to the 18-hole shotgun start tournament. We also include a silent auction and a prize raffles to raise donations! In additon to providing generous support to the Society by donations, donors would also be able to get their name/buisness out into the wonderful Haldimand and Norfolk County!
