My name is Brittany Phoenix, and I am a fundraising consultant and administrative assistant at Lock Haven Catholic School. On behalf of the entire school, I would like to cordially invite your business to become part of our upcoming fundraiser. Our first annual “25 Days of Christmas” fundraiser will help to support various aspects of our children's daily learning, including keeping tuition costs as low as possible for our many families. 

Christmas can be a very difficult time for many families financially. With this fundraiser we hope to be able to share a little extra Christmas joy with those who participate. Participants can purchase one ticket for $10 or three tickets for $20. Each day, from December 1 through December 25, we will select one winner (or more if we receive enough donations!). Each winner will receive that day’s predetermined prize, and their ticket will be reentered into the drawing for additional chances to win.

As a token of our appreciation, we will include the name of any business that donates in our school newsletter. This newsletter is sent to every parent in our school community as well as local parishes, ensuring your business will be in front of many of your potential customers. We will also highlight your business on our school Facebook page.

We kindly request that donations be received by September 30th, so we can share the gift calendar and begin selling tickets in October.
