End Hunger Connecticut! is proud to host its 25th Anniversary Reception and Benefit on Friday, May 30, 2025, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Hartford Marriott Downtown. This will be the organization’s first formal fundraising event, marking a milestone in our fight to end hunger and improve access to nutritious food for residents across the state.

The event will bring together a dynamic mix of nonprofit leaders, elected officials, funders, advocates, and community members for an evening of reflection, connection, and celebration. Guests will enjoy passed appetizers, live entertainment, a silent auction filled with curated experiences and local offerings, and a recognition of distinguished honorees whose work has shaped the food security landscape in Connecticut.

As one in nine residents continues to face hunger—and with recent federal cuts threatening critical food access programs—this event will raise essential funds to support End Hunger Connecticut!’s statewide initiatives. These include our multilingual SNAP Call Center, Summer Meals outreach, the Full Shelves Pantry, and the launch of our new Community Café and Resource Hub.
