Charles River Center will host its 25th annual Building a Dream Gala on Friday, May 1, 2020 at The Westin Waltham Boston Hotel in Waltham, MA. Honoree and recipient of the Maria McTernan Leadership Award this year is Golf For All, a nonprofit dedicated to transforming the lives of all people with disabilities, or who are experiencing hardships, by providing free accessibility to the game of golf. Funds raised at the Gala will support programs and services for over 950 children and adults with developmental disabilities served by the Charles River Center.

The Charles River Center offers programs and services to over 950 children and adults with developmental disabilities. It currently offers job training and placement for adults, operates 28 group homes, provides day programs for those with significant needs and holds vacation and after school programs for children. With locations in Needham and Natick, Charles River serves people from over 30 MetroWest towns.
