Lutheran High School of San Antonio is hosting our 25th annual Texas Homecoming Gala on Saturday, March 23, 2024. The gala raises funds to provide and improve school facilities, programs, education, and fund scholarships for students at LHS. We are a private, Christian high school in the Lutheran tradition, but 65 percent of our students are from other backgrounds.

Lutheran high school provides an educational experience rooted in Christian values that young people need in these troubled times. Our students pursue excellence in academics, athletics, fine arts, STEM, and extracurricular activities while learning to treat themselves and others with respect as they develop integrity and a servant heart, growing character to prepare them to lead lives of impact in their community.

The gala's exciting program includes dinner, entertainment, and silent and live auctions. Plus we are offering Child Care this year during the event.

In addition to attending the event, we could use help collecting items for patrons to bid on or sponsorship for the event. It is a great opportunity to promote your organization and support the community. All items donated to the auction will display the name of the donor and donors will be listed in the gala program.

I wanted to highlight a program that our students love and it is called Innovation Lab. Each semester students can pick between an athletic option or an innovative class. Some examples of these classes are robotics, College essays, wood working, life skills, CAD/3D designs, and this year they added a "Things You Should Know" class.
