On Friday, June 12, 2020, United Way of Greater New Bedford will kick off summer with the 26th Annual Clambake with Lobster. This long standing signature event features a traditional New England clambake, live music, silent auction, libations, and whimsical party games. Over 600 guests will gather together for a fun night out while raising money for United Way’s work in the community.

The silent auction has evolved to become one of the most enticing and profitable elements of our annual Clambake. By donating an item or service, you’ll be making a tax deductible contribution that will help United Way continue to fight for the health, education, financial stability, and basic needs of every person in Greater New Bedford. Many of our guests look forward to the array of items featured in our auction each year.

You will benefit from the exposure of your company’s name, products, or description of a gift card or services that are tastefully displayed throughout the evening at the event and on our electronic bidding platform that will allow those unable to attend the event to still peruse the silent auction. Enclosed is a donation form for the Clambake Silent Auction which also includes information about sponsorships and tickets. Donations for the auction are needed by May 22nd to be properly grouped, catalogued, and promoted.
