Chesapeake Bay Academy is a school in Virginia Beach that serves children with learning differences. At CBA we embrace each child’s unique learning style, creating new, specialized pathways to academic and social success. By relieving the stress and frustration that often accompany academic struggle, CBA helps students develop into confident and enthusiastic learners. Our students flourish in a safe, supportive environment that encourages their intellectual, social, creative, physical and ethical growth. Money raised at our Annual Auction & Gala on February 25, 2023, will support our scholarship fund to provide financial aid to families in need. We expect 325+ attendees to attend our black-tie gala with a goal to raise $200,000. Our guests are of mid-high income and enjoy fine dining, golf, and resort life. Roughly half of our guests have children of school age, while the other half are of age 50+ without children currently living at home.
