Dear Friends,

The Sisters of St. Joseph of Brentwood are proud to announce that their 27th Annual Golf Classic will be held on Monday September 18, 2023 at The Village Club in Lake Success, NY. The Annual Golf Classic has been a primary fundraising event for the past 26 years, bringing together more than 400 participants.

The proceeds from this event will help to continue the work of their Ministries.  The Congregation has a 167-year history of service to support those in need across Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island and Puerto Rico. These services include education, healthcare, social justice, social services, ecological care through environmental initiatives, empowerment of all persons, especially those who are poor and oppressed..

We are honoring three extraordinary and loyal supporters of the Sisters of St. Joseph: S. Angela Gannon, CSJ, Eleanor Scalzitti (posthumously) and Joseph Sciame.

This year, our golf outing is spotlighting a particular need. All funds that are raised will go to purchasing a handicap accessible bus for the Sisters of St. Joseph. We welcome you to be part of this special endeavor/appeal and ask for your support through the donation of auction items. These may include:

1.     Merchandise to add to auction gift baskets

2.     Gift cards/Restaurant Certificates

3.     Tickets to any sporting event, Broadway tickets, Concerts and or Get-Aways

4.     A golf foursome to a Country Club

5.     Completed Baskets valued at $125.00.

Your donation is tax deductible, and you will be provided with a receipt in exchange for your generosity.
