The Great Chef's Tasting Party & Auction is when over 20 of the best restaurants and caterers compete and donate their time and cuisine prepared in appetizer portions to 450-500 guests, from various counties, to sample.  There is a live and silent auction for guests to bid on. Proceeds from the event provide resources to aid in the creation of opportunities to enhance the quality of life for all of the students, children, adults, and families, impacted by the challenges of intellectual and developmental disabilities. Resources such as smart boards allow individuals the ability to interact with teachers and peers which can be essential to both the student and the educators who may use the platform in multiple environments to adapt to an individual's ability to communicate.
