Dear Friend of Youth:

 The Boys & Girls Club of Bethalto’s 27th Annual “Help Kids” Dinner Auction will be held on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at Julia's Banquet Center in East Alton, IL. Proceeds from our “Help Kids” Auction will help support the much needed youth development programs offered at our two locations: Bethalto and Lovejoy School in Brooklyn.  Today, more than ever before, it is so important to help our youth build great futures. While retaining our local identity and continuing our 50+ year history of serving our community, we have merged with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis. We are now part of one of the largest youth development agencies     serving more than 6,930 youth.

How can you help?

  • Donate- Items, gift certificates, services and packages for our silent and oral auctions, cash donation.
  • Sponsor-
    • Ads in the auction booklet: $100 for 1/6 page ad, $150 for ¼ page, $275 for ½ page, $525 for full page, $1000 for back cover
    • Sponsors: Event Sponsor $5000 (table for 8, signage on stage, full page ad), Food Sponsor $2000 (table for 8, signage at the food table, ½ page ad), Beverage Sponsor $1500 (4 tickets, signage      at the beverage station & ½ page ad), Raffle or Treasure Chest sponsor $600 Dessert Table sponsor $500 (signage and ½ page program ad)
    • Table Sponsor- $425 – you will receive 8 tickets, signage on your table and ¼ page program ad.
  • Attend-
    • Advance tickets only. Pay $45 each until October 20, 2023 and
    • $55 Oct. 20-Nov. 3, 2023. Tickets available at the Bethalto Club.
