Adoptions Together will host its 28th annual Fall Family Day on Sunday September 16, 2018 at Centennial Park in Ellicott City, Maryland. Hosting events such as this one gives us the opportunity to remain connected with our families and continue to celebrate their journey.
For 28 years, Adoptions Together has committed to serving the 4,000+ children in out of home placement in the state of Maryland, and continuing to provide the highest quality child placement services and numerous mental health services, support and education to keep families strong and healthy.
