Camp Ondessonk’s 28th Annual Golf Benefit will be held on Saturday, September 30, 2023, at the Roland Barkau Memorial Golf Course in Okawville, Illinois. Camp Ondessonk, located in the Shawnee National Forest in Southern Illinois, will serve over 3,000 children in 2023, many from your community. Our campers hike, swim, ride horses, practice archery, build campfires, rock climb, zip line and enjoy hundreds of other little adventures making memorable experiences that last a lifetime.

All money raised will benefit Camp Ondessonk and will be used for things such as helping to sustain and enhance the programs offered at Camp Ondessonk, helping to fund scholarships allowing children of all income levels to experience Camp, and helping to fund new initiatives to fulfill our mission to provide exceptional outdoor and spiritual adventures empowering kids of all ages.

The benefit attracts more than 140 players, primarily from the St. Louis Metro area corporate community. Most of our passionate golfers are in the construction and contracting fields and love to entertain. Your donation will market your business to golfers and their guests – a simple investment that could pay dividends for you. Your gift will demonstrate your support to children in your community, and you will be featured in our golf program and the Camp’s Annual Stewardship Report.
