On Saturday, March 5, 2022, Saint Mary School, a preschool through grade 8 school located in Bethel, CT, will host our 28th Annual Auction at Anthony’s Lake Club in Danbury, CT. We anticipate approximately 200 guests in attendance and the funds raised will enable us to maintain an affordable tuition rate for our families, keep our technology and learning materials up to date, enhance and expand school resources and programs such as interventionists, counselors, and aftercare. This is our school’s second largest fundraising event, and we hope you can help to make this evening an exciting and successful event by considering a donation.

We recognize that last year was difficult for many businesses, and we appreciate your consideration of a donation in the form of products, services and/or gift certificates that will be part of the auction portion of the event. Donors will be recognized in the auction catalog, weekly donor updates to our school families, our website and all of our social media. We encourage our families to patronize the businesses that support our school. We know that these are challenging economic times for many but are confident that this event will help to highlight and promote your business within our school and parish community and our expected attendees.

All donations are tax-deductible, as per IRS recognized charity section 501 (c) (3). Following the event, you will receive a personalized thank you note and tax form from the school for your records. If a donation to our auction is not within your abilities, we are happy to provide you with sponsorship and advertisement opportunities.
