The Event:

The Missing Alexis Foundation is so very  proud to host the 2nd Annual Angel Gala on Saturday, January 29, 2022 from 7:00 to midnight at the Grand Ballroom in Covington, Kentucky. This is a 21 and over, black-tie OPTIONAL event with dinner, dancing, basket raffles, and silent auctions all benefiting the Missing Alexis Foundation. The Missing Alexis Foundation is a nationally recognized, non-profit charity that provides outreach programs and resources to local families in Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati who have been affected by pregnancy and infant loss. This event is OPEN TO ANYONE who feels passionately about supporting grieving families in our community - not just families who have experienced loss.

Our History
Alexis MacKenzie Louden was stillborn at full term on July 7, 2004. Having seen an incredible lack of pregnancy and infant loss grief resources in the Northern Kentucky community, the Missing Alexis Foundation was established in 2008 to begin meeting this need. For the past 12 years, we've been providing memory boxes, sponsoring the annual NKY Walk to Remember, hosting the monthly HEARTS Pregnancy & Infant Loss support group.

Our Mission
To encourage and promote research into the causes of stillbirth and to provide support, compassion and healing to families who have experienced the loss of a child through miscarriage, prematurity, stillbirth, S.I.D.S. and all other forms of antenatal and neonatal death as well as to educate those people who support them.

How We Help:
Proceeds from the evening will be expressly used to further our support offerings and outreach. Since 2008, the Missing Alexis Foundation has prided itself on ZERO COST community outreach to families who have experienced the loss of a baby, and those who support them. From delivering memory boxes, hosting the monthly HEARTS support group, sponsoring the annual NKY Walk to Remember, and the annual Angel Ball Gala, we are deeply committed to promoting pregnancy and infant loss awareness, and serving grieving families right here in our own community.

How YOU will  be recognized:
In an effort to connect and network with our local community and provide exposure to our local businesses, we are currently seeking any variety of auction basket donations from local companies such as yours to allow these to be bid on by event guests. Proceeds will enable us to continue to provide support to the bereaved parent community in Northern Kentucky and support our mission outreach programs.  We are currently seeking in-kind fully tax-deductible donations for our raffle baskets, and silent auction. This event not only provides direct assistance and resources to grieving families right here in our local community, but also provides positive exposure to local companies for investing and giving back to their very own communities as well. Donating businesses will be acknowledged on our website (with an embedded link to YOUR website), on our social media, in our event programs, basket donation displays, and throughout the evening on our looping event infographic video.
