Dear Potential Sponsor,
I am writing on behalf of the Honeygo Elementary School PTO to request a donation from your business for our upcoming 2nd Annual Basket Bingo/Raffle.
Our PTO is a non-profit that supports more than 650 students of creating and facilitating opportunities that enhance the unique and timely nature of the elementary school experience by partnering with the school’s teachers, administration, and local businesses to provide enriching educational and social opportunities for the school’s children and their families.
We are seeking donations of baskets, gift cards, services, merchandise for our Second Annual Basket Bingo & Raffle, to be held on May 8, 2020. Monetary donations are also appreciated. We kindly ask that all donations be submitted by April 10, 2020. We expect to have about 500 attendees at our event. This is a great way to advertise your business. We will include your business name in our event program, school newsletter that goes out to all our families and on our Facebook page.
Our PTO is a non-profit volunteer organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, so your donation is fully tax-deductible. Our U.S. Tax ID number is 83-0916665.
