Description

DNPs of Color is a 501c3 nonprofit nursing organization the focuses on building community and creating opportunities for nurses of color through networking, mentorship, and advoacy to increase diversity in doctoral studies, clinical practice, and leadership.

We will be hosting our 2nd Annual Conference (hybrid) in Baltimore, MD. This event for healthcare professionals that will have programming around diversity, health equity, professional development, healthcare and nursing innovation & technology.

Friday will be a neworking mix and mingle event
Saturday will be hybrid programming with a gala in the evening
Sunday we will be doing a community service project supporting a nonprofit group from the local community
