Description
Our writing contest is open to all elementary and middle school students in the Orange County region. Students can submit an original creative writing piece to be evaluated by a panel of judges. There will be a grand prize, 2nd, and 3rd place prize in each of the 3 grade categories.
Last year, we recieved roughly 70 submissions and we expect even more for this year.
The purpose of our annual writing contest is to encourage local young children to be more interested in creative writing, award stellar achievements, and offer an opportunity to our students to submit the stories they write at Writer's Ink workshops.
