We are writing you on behalf of the Council Rock South Football Booster Club, a non – profit 503C organization that provides supplemental support and funding through various fundraising activities that benefits local athletes of the Council Rock South Varsity, JV and Freshman Football teams. Council Rock South is a high school located in Bucks County, PA. Our Football teams are part of the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) Continental division. As we continue to build our competitive Football program, it has become important to provide supplemental funding through donations and sponsorship which is a necessary part of high school athletics today. The Council Rock South Football Booster Club will be hosting our 2nd Annual Eagles Tailgate Event that is scheduled for Sunday, September 29, 2024. At this event, which will be attended by about 200 friends, family, and community members, we will offer raffles of gift cards, merchandise, and services generously donated by businesses like yours. In order for this event to be successful, we are reaching out to our local business owners and companies to request in-kind donations to be used in raffles to support the Eagles Tailgate Event. All proceeds will directly benefit the approximately 100 players of the 2024-2025 Council Rock South High School Football program to offset the high costs. May we count on your help?
