Description

Over 200 attendees will use tickets enter into a raffle for each item/basket donated. One ticket will be drawn for each item/basket.

Our mission is to purchase Police Dogs for agencies that recently lost a dog in the line of duty; to provide Service Dogs to Veterans; to partner with local shelters to provide Emotional Support Animals to Veterans and First Responders; to pay the costs to train individuals who wish to be a Police Officer, Firefighter or EMT; to provide scholarships to individuals who want to go into criminal justice, law enforcement, or legal fields; to assist Veterans and First Responders struggling with addiction to obtain support; and to award "go bags" to First Responders.

Specifically this event will focus on helping provide Police and Service Dogs for our First Responders and Veterans. Sadly, hundreds of Police Dogs are injured and killed in the Line of Duty yearly. Training of Police Dogs is not only costly but time consuming; therefore, there is an inadequate number of dogs ready to fill in the gaps and many K-9 handlers are left partnerless. In addition, there is an increasingly widespread want/need/demand for well-trained dogs to help improve the lives of our Veterans. Service and Police Dogs don’t work for money or benefits. They work purely for love!
