Description

On Friday, October 18, 2024, OCSC will hold its 2nd Annual Pickles & Paddles Fundraiser at Tustin Hills Racquet & Pickleball Club. The Pickleball tournament will be an afternoon of fun networking, great food, cold beverages, a silent auction, and 12 courts of exciting pickleball action. OCSC is planning to welcome over 100 pickleball players and networking spectators made up of Tourism and Hospitality industry professionals, local business and community leaders, athletes, and philanthropists. The proceeds from the Pickleball tournament will benefit OCSC’s mission with a portion from this year’s tournament benefitting Community Healthcare Resources, a nonprofit of dedicated medical professionals providing free healthcare services to low-income individuals.

Orange County Sports Commission (OCSC), whose mission is to enhance the economic, social and cultural vitality of Orange County communities through sports, prides itself on being one of the most dynamic sports commissions in the country. Our goal is simple, to make Orange County the preferred destination for sporting and competitive events, which helps bring jobs, business, growth and opportunity to our community. Since its inception in 2019, OCSC has reached $175,263,551 in economic impact, a notable achievement coming out of the worst pandemic in over a century. Our hope is to expand our reach to include initiatives that target youth programs and low-income communities in order to create beneficial impact throughout all areas of Orange County.
