Dear Local Business Owner, 

The Parent Teacher Organization of River Bend Elementary School in Chesterfield, MO, is hosting its 2nd Annual Trivia Night to raise money to support our elementary school. Money raised will directly benefit all River Bend students through grade-level grants. Grants will be used to strengthen, enhance, and encourage the educational and social environment of our school.   

Our event this year will be held on the evening of April 15, 2023.  Attendance is expected to be about 200 adults from the local area.  One feature of the event is a silent auction that supports our fundraising efforts.  We want to invite you to contribute either merchandise or a gift certificate to this auction as a way to support a local public school and your community.

If you are willing to make a donation, please complete and return the bottom portion of this letter along with your contribution so that we may acknowledge your business as a sponsor of our event. Your item(s) may be mailed directly to our school at the address above or you may contact Kate Walls at (314)374-0166 or kategwalls@gmail.com to make arrangements for the item(s) to be picked up.
