Our House invites you to celebrate its 30th Anniversary at the 2023 House of Hope Gala. Join us to support our vital mission of providing the community with grief support services, education, resources, and hope. The event will take place at the Skirball Cultural Center on Saturday, October 28. The evening will begin at 6:00 pm with cocktails followed by dinner and the award ceremony at 7:30 pm. 

OUR HOUSE Founder Jo-Ann Lautman will receive the Founder's Award, the agency's highest honor, which recognizes an individual or family who has contributed significantly both in time and resources to helping OUR HOUSE further its mission.

Comedian, writer and actor Marc Maron will receive the Good Grief Award, which honors an individual or group who portrays the grief process with honesty and dignity and makes a significant difference in our community.

Leslie Yabuki, OUR HOUSE Alumni and Board member, will receive the Spirit of Hope Alumni Awards, which honors an individual or family who, in their time after completing an OUR HOUSE grief support group, has contributed significantly both in time and resources to helping OUR HOUSE in its mission.

Jim Moret, Chief Correspondent for Inside Edition, will serve as the evening's Emcee.

The House of Hope Gala is OUR HOUSE's annual signature fundraising event, with proceeds funding grief support services for children, teens, and adults across LA County.
