On Saturday, March 2nd, 2024, Saint Mary School, a preschool through grade 8 school located in Bethel, CT,  host their 30th Annual Auction as both an online and in-person event at Shakedown Street Eats in Bethel, CT. The online auction will run for two days, beginning on Friday, March 1st. Funds raised from the auction will enable us to maintain an affordable tuition rate for our families; keep our technology and learning materials up to date; and enhance and expand school resources and programs such as interventionists and counselors. The auction is our school’s second largest fundraising event, and we hope you can help to make this evening an exciting and successful event by considering a donation.

Donors will be recognized in weekly donor updates to our school families, our website and all our social media. We encourage our families to patronize the businesses that support our school. We know that we are not the only group seeking donations and thank you for considering our request. We are confident that our event will help to highlight and promote your business within our school and parish community and expected attendees.

All donations are tax-deductible, as per IRS recognized charity section 501 (c) (3). Following the event, you will receive a personalized thank you note and tax form from the school for your records. If a donation to our auction is not within your abilities, we are happy to provide you with sponsorship and advertisement opportunities.
