Dear Friend,

I am so excited to share with you that 2022 is the 30th anniversary of Anna’s House. Opened in 1991, Anna’s House offers safe housing and supportive services for homeless Harford County families.  This program provides every family with a supportive, non-judgmental environment in which they can regain hope, find stability and work toward a more positive future.

Over the past several years we have expanded our partnership to include Early Head Start of Harford County who since 2000, has been committed to providing high quality, comprehensive services to low-income pregnant women and families with young children throughout Harford County.  With two local centers as well as home-visiting services, EHS provides a nurturing environment in which children can develop and parents can achieve self-sufficiency.

I am contacting you today to personally request your help with our special 30th Anniversary Annual Breakfast Fundraiser. This event will be held VIRTUALLY on Facebook, from April 4th-8th 2022, and will benefit the families served by two of Catholic Charities’ Harford County programs – Anna’s House and Harford County Early Head Start. 

Due to COVID, last year for the first time ever we provided a virtual event through our Facebook Page, and even though we faced much adversity, support from friends like you never wavered.  In 2021 we were able to raise more than $46,000, from our annual event, to support the work that Anna’s House and Early Head Start provide to Harford County families in need.

This year we hope to do that again. We are requesting your support as either a direct sponsor of the Breakfast event or as the donor of an item to be used to auction off during our Silent or Live Auctions.
