On behalf of the Development Council of Iroquois Memorial Hospital and Resident Home, we are requesting your support for our 30th Annual Fundraiser Golf Outing to be held on June 24, 2022.  Through the generosity of donors and golf outing supporters, we have been able to fund various projects throughout the hospital including, new defibrillators, EKG units in our clinics, a  cardiac monitoring system, wheelchair van transport, and updated Fire Alarm panel. Additionally, we enhanced our life-saving response capabilities and emergency preparedness. Recent donations provided a Cystoscope to identify early signs of cancer, infections, narrowing, blockage, and or bleeding. 

We hope you will support our 2022 event through a sponsorship or an in-kind donation for our silent auction.  I have enclosed additional information.

Iroquois Memorial Hospital is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation.  A copy of our tax-exempt certificate is attached.
