30th Annual Jazz Champagne Brunch
Gala/Party for Venice Community Housing CorporationOct 02, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Venice Community Housing (VCH) was founded in 1988 as a grassroots movement to develop comprehensive, neighborhood-based solutions to rising rates of homelessness and an increasing need for affordable housing for low-income individuals and families. Soon after, VCH broadened its focus to include education and job training programs. Since then, the organization has embraced its role as a solutions-based organization that eliminates the barriers preventing low-income people from being successful, contributing community members. VCH strives to ensure that those served have a place to call home and to help them remain housed through programs and services that promote personal and economic stability.
Today, VCH owns and operates 286 units of affordable and supportive housing in 18 properties and operates an additional 28 units of short-term housing in two programs for families and transition age youth experiencing homelessness.
Each year, hundreds of supporters gather to celebrate Venice Community Housing’s (VCH) accomplishments at the Jazz Champagne Brunch. This event is the organization’s largest annual fundraiser, and the program typically includes local speakers, a silent auction, and a musical performance.
All of the funds raised at VCH’s annual Jazz Champagne Brunch go directly toward the organization’s programming. In addition to your donation being tax-deductible, you will benefit from exposure of your company’s name to a network of over 3,000 VCH stakeholders. All silent auction donors are recognized in our digital event program, our web site, and in our event-related social media and e-mail communications.
