We have casino style games and the attendee's pay $15 for $10,000 in chips to play the games.  At the end of the night attendee's exchange their chips for numbered 2 sided tickets, attendee's keep half the ticket and the other half goes into the hopper and we draw tickets and if your number is called you come up and select a envelope with a prize listed that they won.  We also have a silent auction and possibly a live auction if we received some exceptional donations.
