On September 22, 2023, AYC will host its 34th Anniversary Celebration & Awards Ceremony to celebrate our partners and their impact in the San Gabriel Valley community and the Greater Los Angeles community. This event will help us raise funds to continue our educational, social, and employment services for youth in the community and acknowledge community leaders and their support.

ur goal for the event is to strengthen AYC’s social justice impact and our mission to empower low-income and immigrant youth of all communities through culturally and linguistically competent education, employment, and social services. This includes youth-led empowerment projects that build allyship for undocumented peers, and community-based projects that build solidarity and provide trainings within the Stop Asian Hate movement. AYC programs include after-school and summer programs for students in grades K-8, Youth Leadership, academic, social, and emotional support to undocumented and low-income high school students, employment, and social services for youth ages 14-24, an Emergency Food Program, community outreach, and education. Last year, AYC served over 2,500 unduplicated individuals throughout L.A. County. Eighty-seven percent (87%) of those served were from low-income households. 
 
On Friday, September 22nd, 2023, AYC will host its 34th Anniversary Celebration & Awards Ceremony. The event features a silent auction and will reach over 500 guests. Our goal for the silent auction is to raise $25,000 for our youth programs.
