35th Annual Southeast Police Motorcycle Rodeo
Other Event Type for Southeast Police Motorcycle Rodeo Committee I Inc.Apr 20, 2024 from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
The Southeast Police Motorcycle Rodeo committee is
hosting the 35th Anniversary Police Motorcycle Skills
Rodeo on April 20th, 2024, at the Pompano Beach Citi
Centre. The purpose of this event is for the motorcycle
Law Enforcement Officers who participate, to become
more proficient and safe while working on a motorcycle.
The competing motorcycle Officers hail from agencies
all across the United States. Following the event, an
awards banquet is held to recognize the competitors
and our sponsors.
The event raises money for the charity C.O.P.S.
(Concerns for Police Survivors). C.O.P.S. is an
organization dedicated to helping families who have
lost loved ones in the line of duty. This organization
assists families with money, education, housing, and
support for the members left behind due to the
tragedy of a Law Enforcement death. Over $35,000
was raised to support C.O.P.S. and other local charities
during the 2023 Southeast Police Motorcycle Rodeo –
including Seminole Police Explorers, Cody’s Angels,
Miramar Police Explorers, Tamarac Police Explorer’s,
Police Unity Tour, Tower’s with a Heart, and more!
We are also a proud partner with the Boys
and Girls Club of Broward County. With
funds raised during our events, we will be
able to provide our local neighborhood clubs
with much-needed funding to continue
youth mentoring programs.
The Boys and Girls Club has been an
essential part of assisting our youth while
providing activities to those who may not
be as fortunate. The Southeast Police
Motorcycle Rodeo values this commitment
to our youth and is excited to lend any
necessary financial assistance to help
enhance their programs.
