The Lakewood YMCA is excited to host our annual charity auction, including silent and live auction, wine toss, and other auction games. The Lakewood Y is the flagship branch of the YMCA of Greater Long Beach, and is the only Y of the group to host an auction, which makes it a big event for the communities we serve.
This event allows us to celebrate and thank are community supporters as well as celebrate our mission to focus on youth development, healthy living, and social responsibilty.

This year, we are celebrating the 175 years of service that the YMCA as a national orgainzation has been supporting its surroudning communities. We believe that lasting personal and social change can only come about when we all work together to invest in our kids, our health and our neighbors. We look forward to celebrating with our community supporters and putting on a great event to show our gratitude, while also further raising funds to provide finacial assistance.

Support from businesses and foundations let us continue to provide an outstanding amount ($150,000) of financial assistance to children and families annually, which allows them to take part in our programs that support their development and healthy living.
We hope to raise over $50,000 at this year's event through sponsorship and auction sales.
