Dear Sir/Madam – 

I am writing on behalf of the Little Falls School #2 & #3 PTA.  Our organization supports two elementary schools in New Jersey serving over 530 students in grades pre-K through fourth. 

We will be holding our 37th Annual Tricky Tray Fundraiser on November 14, 2024 at The Westmount Country Club in Woodland Park, NJ at 5:30 PM.  This year, as in the past, we are anticipating a SELL-OUT crowd of over 400 people! The funds collected will be used to finance programs for our children’s educational experience and enjoyment.

Through the kind generosity of corporations and business people such as you, this PTA has been able to provide a variety of well rounded local programs which foster literacy, family togetherness and community safety.  Additionally, we have shown our global support on an as needed basis to families in need due to natural disasters.

The intent of this letter is to ask for your assistance with contributions towards our event.  We would greatly appreciate any donations you may be able to provide such as - products from your business, gift certificates or monetary donations.  All donating business names will be listed on the item, in the event program that will be seen by all attendees, as well as posted on our school district website.  

We are a non profit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code so your donation is fully tax deductible!  Our tax ID number is 237-213-892/000.
