The purpose of our organization is to develop, promote and sustain Catholic education; to accept gifts, bequests, endowments or property, real or personal, to finance the purposes as set forth herein; to provide financial assistance in an equitable manner, as determine byt the Board of Directors of the Foundation, for Catholic Educationnow existing, or existing at the time of such determination; and to invest the funds of the Foundation.
