39th Annual Valley Friendship Tour
Walk/Run for Open Sky Community ServicesJun 01, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Participants are invited to walk, jog or ride through the Blackstone Valley on one of three non-competitive routes: 30-Mile cycling route (9am), a 5K walk/run (10am), or a Golden Mile walk (11am). The variety of routes means that people of all ages and abilities, those with and without disabilities or mental health challenges, are able to come together as equal participants. All routes begin and end at the Alternatives Whitin Mill in Whitinsville, MA, where participants come together to enjoy lunch, entertainment, raffles and family-friendly activities.
All proceeds from the Tour fund essential programs at Open Sky serving individuals with complex challenges such as mental health, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and homelessness. By coming together with others, sponsors and participants are helping to ensure the youth, young adults, and families Open Sky serves will have the support they need to lead fulfilling lives.
Your support can make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. We are requesting donations for our raffle, such as gift baskets, services, or gift certificates. Your contribution will help us continue providing essential programs and services to our community.
Thank you for considering supporting Open Sky Community Services' Valley Friendship Tour. Your generosity will help us continue our mission of providing care coordination, mental health support, and community engagement opportunities.
