This will be 5 For Smiles 3rd Annual Charity Golf Outing.  Our mission is simple, to raise money to buy toys, games, art supplies, crafts, gifts etc to pay it forward to sick children in hospital, with the hopes of bringing a smile to them in times when they need it most.  We currently support 4 illinois hospitals and hope to expand to many more as we continue to grow.  Our golf out has been a huge success in both fundraising and awareness to our charity.
