"Rise Up for the Forgotten". So many are left behind, abandoned due to treatable ailments. Their only hope is Rescue.........

Kal El was one of those dogs. Left at the shelter to die. He didn't do anything wrong, but his owner gave up on him. Coastal saved him, and got him the surgery he needed. Once healed he will have a happy normal life.
