Mark your calendar because the Dominate The Day Foundation is happy to be back with our 3rd Annual Dominate the Day 5K. So get ready to enjoy a day filled with music, fun activities and refreshments while benefiting the Dominate the Day Foundation!

The 3rd Annual DTD 5K will be hosted by the Dominate The Day Foundation and includes a certified 5K road race, a 1- mile walk, a kids fun run and virtual race option happening on the scenic West Haven Boardwalk.

Race Schedule:

Sunday May 17th, 2020 @ Savin Rock Conference Center

8:00am Race Day Registration & Packet Pickup

8:30am Pre-Race Yoga Session

9:00am Kids Fun Run

9:30am 1-Mile Walk | 5K Run

10:45am Award Ceremony, Raffle Winners Announced & Post Race Party

Awards: 1st male & female overall winners receive a medal & prize; Top male & female finishers in each age group (19 under, 20-39, 40-59, 60 plus) will also receive medals and prizes.

Race Course: The race will be held at the Savin Rock Conference Center on the West Haven Boardwalk. 

Post-Race Party: After the race unwind and enjoy a post-race refreshments, music, activities and awards!

Your Participation at the DTD 5K benefits the Dominate The Day Foundation, a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization. The Dominate the Day Foundation is committed to helping young people become the absolute best version of themselves, through character, relationships, academics, sports and their positive impact on the world. Currently offering tutoring scholarships, community workshops, mentoring and a football camp to the youth of the community.
