I am  requesting for you to be a corporate contribution/sponsorship at our VFW Post 837 Third Annual fundraiser Golf tournament, scheduled for 20 April 2024 at the Golf Club of Texas, located at 13600 Briggs Ranch Road, San Antonio, TX 78245.

Our Post is located at 4436 Valleyfield, San Antonio, Tx 78222, We are a non-profit organization; our Tax ID# 23-7314972, Employer Identification # is 74-0964465, Group Exemption # is 1723, and Texas Sales Tax ID # is 1-74-1953223-3.

At this event, we will have an assortment of prizes and raffles items, also events such as longest drive, closest to the pin, hole in one etc., to raise money to support various activities in our community i.e., (Veterans, JROTC, Students and Teachers Awards).

Sponsorship opportunities levels: Gold: $5,000.00, Silver: $2,500.00 and Bronze: $1,000.00. Hole Sponsors: $200.00, sponsors can have their name/logo on T-shirts, golf towels, or on goody bags or signs at the tee box. You can also make a donation.  Whichever options you select your support is very much appreciated.

However, we think our efforts would go even farther with your company as our Official Corporate Sponsor.  In this role, you can provide items to be raffled off or prizes, or items for the goody bag, and in turn we will promote you company as the event’s official sponsor. As the Official Sponsor, you may also submit one team to participate in the golf tournament.
