On Wednesday, October 9th, The Paige Elizabeth Keely Foundation will hold its 3rd annual Paige Keely Memorial AVM Awareness Benefit Gala, “Written In TheStars… A Little Bit Of Kismet ”

The Paige Elizabeth Keely Foundation was created in honor of my daughter Paige Keely, who passed away at the age of 6, due to a brain arteriovenous malformation (AVM). Early AVM detection can help to change the course of this disease. If Paige’s AVM had been detected her doctors believe it could have been treated and she would likely still be here today. 

Together, The Paige Elizabeth Keely Foundation and Stony Brook Neurosciences Institute aim to change that!

At this year's Gala we have the pleasure of honoring Dr. Sima Mofakham, Dr. Charles Mikell, and Dr. Michael Egnor. We are also pleased to announce our Community Partner Awardees, Tammy Coyle, Dr.Gagan Gill .

 We would be honored if you would consider donating a gift certificate or merchandise that we may use to create gift baskets. Each basket will have an approximate value of $150.00 - $800.00 and will be raffled off at our event.
