I am pleased to invite you to join the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, Philadelphia/Delaware Valley Chapter to the 3rd annual South Jersey Crohn’s & Colitis Golf Tournament on Monday, October 2 , 2023 at the Medford Lakes Country Club. The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation’s mission is to cure Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, and to improve the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases. It is our hope that all patients affected by IBD will soon face a world free of Crohn’s Disease and ulcerative colitis.  

We would be honored if your company would become a part of our 2023 Golf Tournament to help provide raffle items to be used to raise funds.
