See the sunshine in every child! We are currently preparing for the 3rd Annual Tricky Tray for the Sunshine Foundation! The event will take place on Sunday, April 26, 2015. All money raised will directly benefit the Sunshine Foundation to help make dreams come true!
The Sunshine Foundation is the original wish granting organization that has been answering the dreams of chronically ill, seriously ill, physically challenged, and abused children since 1976. Since then, they have made over 36,000 dreams real for children in need. Sunshine Foundation is the only national wish granting organization that does not require a life threatening diagnosis due to the understanding of the financial and emotional burden placed on the families of children with illnesses. Therefore, there is currently up to a 2 year waiting period for approved children to see their dream come true. The average cost of adopting a dream is $5000. There are currently over 300 children ages 3 to 18 from across the country who are waiting for a special dream come true.
Sunshine Foundation would not be able to grant the dreams of these special children without generous sponsors. Sunshine Foundation is a Charity Watch top rated wish granting organization where 83 percent of every donated dollar is applied directly to making dreams come true. The success of this event depends on the generosity of businesses and organizations. We are asking for product donations to be used as basket prizes in the tricky tray. We would appreciate any donation you can make. In return, you will be acknowledged in the event program and have your business information displayed with your donated prize. All donors will be announced during prize calling. All donors will be featured on the event Facebook page and receive a like from that page. Grand prize donors ($300+) will be featured in all advertising. This event will be advertised on television, radio, internet, newspapers, and fliers. We will also display or distribute any promotional materials that you provide. We hope to raise a minimum of $5000 at this event in order to sponsor a dream. All generous donations will help make dreams come true!
