Hartford Resident Open Choice families and West Hartford Public Schools families are invited to join us and local community agencies for activities, games, resources and books as well as ice cream and on-site local catered lunch. Connect with WHPS K-12 Open Choice families and students in downtown Hartford. Raffle prizes from local & CT businesses will be given away to families in attendance.
